There are different leadership types such as transformational leadership, democratic leadership and autocratic leadership among the others, but the most effective leadership type is situational leadership type, because it has the ability to adapt as per the audience or followers and communicate in a way that best suits them. It is the situational leadership that brings leaders to deliver the leadership as trouble shooter and by leading from the front. It helps convince the employees and other follower in the abilities of the leaders and they start following the leader. Besides, communication made under the situational leadership is most effective, because it changes with the change in scenario and people who have to receive the communication. It makes communication to be more effective and leaders are able to convey their ideas across the people. It helps increase the success of the situational leadership. In contrast to it, other leadership types many not be successful in all type of situation, due to some degree of rigidity and static approach.
