In the meeting it is the role of every member to follow the group norms and to accept the decision of the majority.

A leader is like a coach of a team. he must detect the fault of every team member and must try to mend the fault with direct assistance in a friendly way.

For effective communication, the leader must be friendly and familiar with the members. He must follow some ethical principles and he should have a good personality.

In case of solving a problem the leader can discuss it with all the members in the meeting and then the leader should select the most effective option.

With strict group norms and ethical principles the leader should avoid any type of conflict in the members. He should be more appropriate and impartial. He must take steps immediately if there appears any conflict.
