Answer #1

In order to help a leader in his leadership style, I would do the following practice.

  1. First of all, I will check with the leader who all are their audiences, like incorporate, what kind of team he is handling, be it a sales team, an operational team, a marketing team or anything else.
  2. Then I will ask him about the role and the way he manages the team
  3. I will identify the gap between what should be done and what the leader is doing here with his or her team
  4. Alternatively, I will check the leader about his or her style by some kind of psychometric test and advise him or her about the leadership style he or she is following and what should it ideally be
  5. Will give the leader some lessons about the most preferable leadership style for their team
