*Breastfeeding must be practice till 6 months after birth of new baby.

*The breask milk just after giving birth to baby called colustrum, which contain antibody wich is neccesary to the child for immune action.

*The pregnant women must eat for their baby also.

*Pregnant women must include nuts,proteins and rare mineral foods more in their food.

*Pregnant women must not take any medicine without doctors prescription.

*The social situations that banned beastfeeding to the newborn should take as a serious issue and must give proper awareness for them.

*Infants also should include more proteins and minerals on their foor as they are undergoing high level of growth metabolically.
