1. What was most challenging part about being pregnant/breastfeeding?

2. What do you remember about the way you had to eat while you were pregnant/breastfeeding?

3. What would you change about your food choices (or anything related to food/health) during pregnancy or  how you approached breastfeeding after having your experience?

Answer: During pregnancy it is important to take intensive care regarding everything. This is because in the duration of pregnancy requires more care for the development of the fetus. So, mother needs to be very careful regarding the things or the foods that she eats or the work she does.

Pregnancy requires sufficient amount of iron, folic acid, magnesium, calcium etc. These minerals and nutrients are required as they are essential components that are involved in the growth of the fetus as well as development.

Careful choice should be made regarding food consumption during pregnancy. Alcoholic consumption, caffeinated beverages should be strictly avoided. Smoking should be eliminated as it may cause hindrance in the development of the fetus.
