Answer #1

answer-

In this paper,i would summarize my interview conversation with company ABC ltd which is a Banking company. Mr. X - the Manager of the Bank answered my questions related to change management.

In my interview i asked him three questions-

my first question to him was what changes did they made in their bank in past and how did they manage it.

Mr.X said that His bank was dealing with delay in processing customer's request and handling customer complaint so they analyze the problem and found out that their current system was outdated so they develop a custom made new information system for processing customer complaints and data. they manage this system by organizing data and requirements of system and get suggestions from employees in the department.

in my second question, i asked how the new change benefit their bank.

he replied that new change benefit the bank because it reduces their delay in work, customers are satisfied because their problems were solved in time, new system also reduced paper work of the bank and increase work efficiency of thier employees,

in my third question, i asked him was there any resistance towards change from side of employees.if there was then how did they handle that?

Mr. X relied that some old employees were resisting the change because they were used to the old system but my management team organize training session in which each employee was given training to use the system and it made them realized that new system is better than before.

*hope above answer would help you.
