Answer = total required dose according to BSA for 0.91m2 =1000×0.91

= 910mg

A) 25 ml Normal saline we will add in gemzar vial that will make 38mg/ml

B) 910mg/38=23.94 ml

23.94 ml we will take from gemzar vial

C) pump setting

200 ml ns+ 23.94 ml gamzar solution

=223.94~ is equal to 224ml

Infusion time 30 minutes

( means to make an hour Infusion we should multiply with 2)

=224×2

=448ml/hour Infusion pump setting.

D) Dose rate in mg/ml

Total dose = 910 mg in 30 minutes

910÷30= 30.33mg /minutes
