1. World wide social media technological usages are becoming more and spreading in an strong , effective manner. In health care organizations also use of social media is increasing day by day. Internet accessing and browsing regarding all the health issues are also becoming widened. In this mainly health care professional adapting of internet access in the hospitals and their usages are slowed down, due to the following reasons : Low knowledge on social media, poor acquiring of social media, misconceptions, unnecessary fear about social media, improper usage of internet access, using of wrong methods during usage of internet, poor communication skills with others, fear in using social media, etc. If social media starts in the health care organizations, it will bring a revolution in patient care as well as learning new things in a different way.

2. Social media in health care can be said to be okay when a health care professional do not think about his/ her expenditure or money and is having a lot of spare time in a total day. But it is not suitable for a health care professionals who spends their total time on social media access as a kick factor even when they are working for patients.
