A solo-practice provider has been practicing in a specific area for 19 years. This is a state where there is a risk of not getting any benefits after many years of professional work experience for each staff which is applicable of just one more year is completed but die to financial crisis it is difficult to overcome this situation besides efforts taken by the provider. The only way to come out of this is by doing upcoding bbut this is unethical and illegal if found is subjected to heavy penalties, fine cancellation of license and even being sentenced.The common ground is how to manage this difficult situation and be beneficial fo self and others.
