A statement that talks about the present leading to its future.

It lists the broad goals for which the organization is formed. Its prime function is internal; to define the key measure or measures of the organization's success and its prime audience is the leadership, team and stockholders.

Mission statement of the Assisted living facility:

To provide care to the community in a compassionate, dignified, and a distinctive manner.

I choosed this statement because with the help of Assisted living facility our goal is to provide assistance to the whole community who needs healthcare services which is culturally appropriate and evidence based .

To me it means that this organisation is there to provide healthcare services to the community in a diginified way without any discrimination .

Customers should mean from the statement that they will be provided healthcare services according to their needs in a holistic way that would be culturally appropriate and evidence based .
