Calculation of volume(ml).

Formula = Desired dose/Dose in hand * Quantity.

Here

Desired dose(D) = 750 mg.

Dose in hand (H) = 750 mg.

Quantity(Q) = 50 ml.

As per above formula

Volume(ml) of drug required = D/H * Q

= 750/750 * 50

= 1 * 50

= 50 ml.

Time(hr) = 0.25 hr (15 min).

ml/hr = 50 / 0.25

= 200 ml/hr.
