1.One of the major health care issue is "health care costs"

2. One policy by WHO is FHC( Free Health Care) policy. FHC has an aim to reduce the financial barriers for accessing health care. Few examples of health care services covered include services for elderly( above 65years age) ,Antenatal care, deliveries, C section, services for children below 5 years age.

- Eligibility criteria- Depends on Age, pregnancy, a defined geographical area, etc

3. FHC policies may actually trigger an increase in the use of services, but evidence on improvement in financial protection is mixed especially for poor people who may benefit only to a lesser extent. People may have to make direct payments for other services they need.
