In these three contemporary issues one of the problem is :

Reimbursement changes :

* The health care policies will provide some of reimbursement of fee to the client after they got admitted and received health care.

Social impact : if the changes will come in the reimbursement the people may not get adequate benefits and they won't have trust again towards to the health policy.

Ethical impact : some of the rules and regulations may changed than what they informed previously, so that there are ethical issues may arises in the health care policy.

Economic impacts : the clients may have some of the benefits through the health care policy, that is reduction of fee than the normal fee and easily availablity of care ect.

If there is any changes like problems in reimbursement that means there is no adequate amount reimbursement leads to the clients will feel economically burden.
