Mild stage=patient started to forget the things so provide assistance while eating.swallowing and eating response will be slow .so encourage them to eat food ratherthan getting angry.normal food can be provided in this stage.

Moderate stage=in this stage patient will find difficulty to swallow or eating.so you cannot provide normal diet.instead of that you can give finger foods or foods which are made into small cuts so that they can take it easily.

Severe=provide comfortable position for eating .sittung postion is appropriate to prevent aspiration.patient do not have intrest to take food in this stage so encourage them to take soft food.provide adequate time for eating.keep hydration of the patient well.
