Mother and infant bonding :

It is a development of trusty relationship inbetween the bother primary care giver that is mother and the baby or infant.

These relationships is very important to maintain effective growth and development of the baby. That means it is affected by both physical and mental factors.

Underlying principle :

It's one of the primary tool to communicate with the infant by the mother, and some of the hormones also releases in the both so that there will be strong relationship inbetween them and it plays crucial role during first hours of life of the baby.

Nursing interventions :

* provide comfortable position to mother and baby.

* educate mother to give kangaroo mother care to the baby through this there will be a development of bonding and temperature regulation, useful for the growth development of baby or infant.

* explain mother to regarding early breastfeeding and demand feedings to the infants.

* educate mother regarding giving response to the infant signals like cooing sounds, crying ect.
