It helps in the production and storage of Spermatozoa

Prostate

Secretion of prostate fluid (Prostate fluid is the main component of sperm)

Vas deferens

It transports mature sperms into the urethra during ejaculation

Epididymis

It stores and transports mature sperms during ejaculation

Glans pe nis

It is the part(Head) of Pe nis which also helps as a pathway of sperm and urine.

Scr otum

It is a protective skin layer of testicles and other internal cells.

Pe nis - It is a male reproductive organ

It involves in intercourse and also a pathway for urine and sperm

2. Hypogonadism refers to the failure of male or female gonads.

For example, an Improper function of testis in males to produce sexHormones like testosterone and ovaries in females to produce sexHormones like estrogen. Which leads to infertility and undeveloped secondary sexual characteristics.

3. Hypogonadism commonly treated by Hormone replacement therapy

Testosterone injection, pills, patches, and HCG injections in men

Estrogen and progesterone therapy for females.

4. Androgens is a group of medication called anabolic steroids, Androgens are used as hormone replacement therapy because it contains male sexual hormones.
