By providing palliative care to patients in which the principle of providing a comfortable end of life care is followed .it can be used for patients who are terminally I'll or for decreased quality of life .

Palliative care should focus on pain management and providing end of life care to a human with utmost respect .

Organ donation calls for voluntary donation there is no compulsion so that a person cannot be influenced by form of threat to life ,monetary benefits to donate an organ

If organ donation was not regulated the organ scandal and organ commencing would have increased even if we have laws regulated we have heard of instances in which human trafficking are involved which ends up in misusing the organs .

Y making organ transplant legal there is a fair chance for all the recipients .

It's not socioeconomic status that makes a recipient recieve organ fast .

By being regulated the hospitals and surgeons are also under scanner which will help in reduction of misuse of the organs and will benefit the society
