Pros:
-It helps the managers to choose the correct candidate and shorten the candidate list.
-It helps managers to choose questions for each candidate.
-Personality tests by face to face or CV helps managers to understand the candidate about their inner face to cope up with company culture.
- It helps to detect interpersonal characteristics that may need for a particular job.
Cons:
- The personality test takes longer time to complete that interfere for further process.
-It makes a lack of diversity in the workforce.
-It is expensive when the employee scores the test.
- If a candidate Personality fit sometimes it does not fit for the right job.
I feel like a potential applicant at this company because I will be myself for the questions they ask. I will avoid lengthy answers. I will have the potential mindset to answer the question. I will answer the question which suits for my role. I will avoid playful talk and irrelevant answers. I will look at eyes to eye contact of the interviwer when answering questions..I understand completely about company culture before the interview it helps for me to answer about culture concern answers.
