Surveillance in health sector is a continuous, systematic collection, analysis and interpretation of health-related data needed for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of public health practice. It helps to find out the quality of health care services provided by the hospitals ,also it helps to do the important changes in the existing system to provide a better care to their patients . It also helps to detect any illegal activities going on in the organisation and to provide these culprits proper punishment .
