Surveillance systems in hospital is a regular and continousc collection of data which is analysed and then interpreted of health related data which also needed for planning.

It is important to understand the disease, it's etiology as well s the proper treatment that can be provided to the particular patient. The early surveillance of any diseases in the hospital can help to prevent the infection and spreading that to the other Patients. It also signifies that the patient are cured or still under the treatment.

It ensures that taking proper steps in the treatment of the patient regarding that disease which also enhances the quality of care and proper service of treatment.
