Answer #1

Chemical classification means the drug is classified by the chemical components or structure in the drugs.

Example - Ranitidine Hydrochloride.

Pharmacological classifications mean the drug is classified by it effects on the body

Example - Analgesic, Antipyretic.

Source - From which source the drug is derived

Therapeutic classification means classification according to the mode of action and biological target.

Answer - Every classification has its own prospective so, every classification is necessary. There is no way to mention and it also does not mention anywhere which one is most important.

In my perspective, Chemical classification is important because its the starting point and it helps in the identification.
