Answer- Heart murmur is a sound-producing by the heart itself or by heart valves during the blood flow through valves. This sound is characterized by swissing and whishing sound. You can easily identify this sound by assaulting it via a stethoscope.

This sound sometimes normal may be due to the turbulence of blood in the heart or may be due to the thicking of the heart valve in old aged people. Sometimes it indicates some underlying diseases and conditions like Aortic stenosis, mitral valve prolapse and Congenital problems like ventricular septal defects.

Eco cardiography can easily identify the reason behind heart murmur if there is no disease condition behind this then there is no intervention required.
