Cardiac assessment : Heart rate , No underlying pathology. Cardiomegaly. Pulse, hypertension.etc

Respiratory assessment: Respiratory rate , lung volume capacity, check for asthma ,COPD, Respiratory distress syndrome. SpO2.

Sleep apnea : it is very important to check as preoperative assessment.
