Conclusion paragraph

A person incarcerated in a prison while on trial or serving a sentence is called a prisoner. Educational activity for prisoners that occur in the prison is called Prison education. Prisoners should be provided a free college education as most prisoners have lower level of education and studies show that educational programmes in the prison is an effective strategy to modify the behaviour of the prisoners as many of the prisoners, who received a higher education from prison , not repeated the criminal offences after the release. It is evident that educational programmes such as college education, vocational education reduce the violence, help them to acquire new skills so that they can support themselves and their family members by doing certain occupation after release. Prisoner's  Families also will support them to acquire higher education, if it is free of cost. Prisons are not only meant for punishment but also to remake and mould the individual, who done a criminal activity into a useful citizens.
