Jennifer is a recent medical assisting graduate who has an interview set up with a family practice clinic. She is confident and ready to answer any questions that might be asked of her. The clinic manager welcomes her to the clinic and is reviewing her resume. She notices Jennifer is dressed in new jeans and she has her cell phone in her hand. At one point during the interview, Jennifer’s phone buzzes and she checks the messages during the interview. Jennifer also mentions that she just had a new baby and is concerned about leaving her with a babysitter. After she leaves the manager notes that she answered all the questions asked adequately but is leery about offering Jennifer the job. Looking at this scenario, what should Jennifer do differently? Would you hire her? Why or why not? List two questions that cannot be asked by an employer.

As Jennifer answered all the questions adequately , she should be given a chance as she responded to the message inbetween because she had a new born baby ,whom she have left in home with the babysitter. So, Jennifer should explain the whole scenario to the manager . I will hire her and give her a chance to represent her abilities . Two questions that can not be asked by an employer are :-

Any question related to race , ethnicity , culture , gender , colour .

Any question related to sex ,number of children .
