The ECG rhythm which is life threatening if not treated immediately are

  • Ventricular fibrillation or tachycardia
  • Asystole
  • Torsades de pointes (irregular QRS complex with long QT intervals and the T waves are alternate
  • Flat p wave ,long PR interval ,rall T wave with wife QRS complex suggests of hyperkalemia
  • Wellness sign (deep T wave ir biphasic T wave is noted)
  • Cardiac tamponade(change of R wave amplitude in each wave)
