Ans .1 The first ECG pattern shows ventricular arrythmia . The wave pattern is abnormal .There is a wide QRS complex heart rythm.

Patient with sepsis are at mor risk of developing life threatening ventricular arrythmia. Because tachycardia causes hypovolemia and develops the need for intravascualr fluid repletion.Patient may undergo septic shock.

Therefore this rythm is life threatening if not treated immediately.
