1, Patient leg tangle prior to standing is an intermediary stage before moving to stand position that helps to prevent hypotension when standing. A sudden standing position drops the blood pressure and causes dizziness and fainting.
2, Instruct the patient o place the cane left side. when using cane hold it in the oppisite side than weakside that provides support and balance, it helps to hold it efficient than weakside.
while assisting the patient affected with the right side place the patient stands on the right side and stabilize them with one arm, it avoids pressure on the other side.
