Think of a moment when your trust in medicine or somebody in health care was at a low point. What caused it? Was it poor science, cold business, or a lack of art—an interaction with a doctor, a member of practice staff, your insurer, or somebody else that made you feel like they just didn’t care? What renewed—or could have renewed—your trust?

My trust in healthcare is at a low point because of a member who is in a practice staff and a doctor.

The thing that led me to believe that they don't care is when we took my mother because she is suffering from a severe pain in back and can't able to talk because of the pain intensity.We took her to a hospital which is 40 kms distance from us because it have a good name of being caring towards patients.But when we admitted to the hospital the doctor just asked us to take a scan and didn't treat my mother with care and acted as a robot without any compassion towards my mother's condition.And after the scan they said that she cause is nephrolithiasis and gave us prescription.And the practice staff also been as a working robots.The hospital staff does not have any compassion and didn't show any care to my mother.They lost my trust by acting like they made of stone.

They could have renewed my trust if they act like they care rather than it is strictly professional.They should have showed some care towards my mother condition.But they act like they don't care if my mother is crying from the pain.
