1. The first and foremost feeling that could be felt by anyone by seeing her shaking his son and speaking so violently reveals that he is been physically abused by his parents . It is very helpful in solving the problem that appeared in Ray these days .

2. The reason behind angry burstout might be work overload , deficiency of finances and support . It might be post partum psychosis also .

3. Two behaviours that indicates Ray is being abused are :-

- less able to run steadily as before

- baby talk

- seems tk be more fearful

4. PSW should report this to the concerned authority and have a talk with the parents regarding the same and help them to get out of this .
