by the help of ecg,angiography there is evaluation of heart condition and disease identification

cardiac MRI is most effective investigation for disease evaluation

after disease identification appropriate treatment is given

digoxin is given in case where cardiac contraction is suboptimal

diuretics and ccb’s ,nitrates are also effective drugs in heart failure
