Communication is the process by which individuals communicate by transferring information from to another . To make it more effective there are fours C' s of communication :-

1. Clear - means while communicating we should use clear ,good words , and have eye contact

2. Complete - whenever we communicate we should complete the sentence because then only the other person can understand what we meant and will help to meet needs

3. Consice - while communicating , use short sentences ,direct approach and use open ended question which will provide a elaboration of the

4.Courteous - while communicating , use non -judgemental approch and be focused to the topic .
