Should healthcare workers have the same rights as other workers to unionize, and if they deem it necessary, to go on strike? If nurses cannot unionize and go on strike, what options do they have in terms of bargaining for better conditions? Is your position the same or different with regards to the rights of physicians to unionize or collectively bargain?

All healthcare workers have the right to unionize and if necessary ,to go for strike . Nurses can unionize and go for strike . There are many examples of strike conducted by nurses for the wellfare of themselves such as for increasing the salary , for better patient ratio etc . Yes our position is same with regards to the rights of physician to unionize or collectively bargain . All the rights are same for everyone there is no difference in that .
