2 tablespoon =30 ml

every 2 hrly for 12 hours, means 6 times

total cc= 30*6

=180 cc given in12 hrs

9.dose= desired dose/ available dose* strength

=40 u/100 u * 1

= 0.4 ml should be given to give a dose of 40 u

10. Dose =desired dose/ available dose* strength

=800 000 u/2000 000 *10

=4 ml
