Organ donation has to first done by filling in a form received from OBRA.After being an organ donor it can be reported to a physician .They are first person who has to be contacted and it has to be documented for further proceedings

The donor organs are considered to be a gift which can save others life .They may or may not need to write a letter and sign it .This happens when the donor wants to give the recipient some notes.

The individual who are in an ethical and moral dilemma can seek psychosocial help from chaplain

The immediate kin can make a decision when the individual is already a registered donor
