• Their accessibility to healthcare is difficult as a result increases the mortality and morbidity rate
• The very high cost medical treatment makes the people not to seek healthcare services if sick

Hence to have a quality and accessibility of health care the government should provide adequate subsidy and enroll all National under one scheme .
