This program not only stops the low-risk caesarian section but also reduces risky pregnancy events during pregnancy thus promoting the wellbeing before, during and after pregnancy.
2. Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting
Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting which is evidence-based is done voluntarily to stop child mishandling and abandonment, aid in parenting, and helps the family financially too.

Healthy Start takes measures to reduce infant mortality rates to a great extend. The center of activity of Healthy Start is the groups with the highest mortality rates. It also aids a helping hand in the efforts of the communities to reduce infant mortality rates.
