Answer: In the case of fixing the healthcare system, it is the government who needs to take initiatives. At present both the president and Congress working together to improve the healthcare system. As federal government is working on the healthcare reforms. The introduction of ACA ( Affordable Care Act) mainly focus on providing more coverage to large group of people. The healthy American act focuses on the people with low income to get the subsidy and buy private healthcare policies. So, Congress and president are now being involved in reforming and fixing the healthcare system.

The healthcare cost increases the burden if the access. Most of the people are unable to avail better facilities and treatment due to excessive costly healthcare treatment. Hence cost affects the accessibility. If the healthcare would have low expenses, people can easily afford proper treatment.

The existing healthcare coverage requires more important. Although the introduction of the ACA has reduce the health disparities up to certain limits but still due to high premium rates, most of the people are unable to get themselves healthcare coverage.
