Outcome goals when planning fat loss focus on results and changes with specific knowledge, skills, and behavior.
outcome goal based on the individual goal for effective and achievable for a continuous basis. outcome goals when planning for fat loss it helps an individual with increase motivation to achieve the position or losing fat.
Behavior outcome goals are self-management goals for their fat loss preparation to change their behavior in a way to achieve that.
If the outcome goal for an individual to lose 10pounds within 2 months he has to prepare him set for the target to lose 5 pounds in the first months and the other 5 pounds in next month as a separate goal to reach the target.
Behavior goals for individuals consider self-motivation, increase belief for healthy diet practice, exercise, control instead of inactive life and unhealthy life choice and diet followup. when people planning for the fat loss they focus on the outcome goal of how to lose weight and fit free from fat. Behavior changes with diet and healthy followup help them to move faster on the outcome.
