condition occur associate with cardiac failure due to fluid
overload.
-Septic shock causes a life-threatening condition that involves
multiorgan involvement.
-when multiorgan involved it cause renal failure, altered mental
status, hyperbilirubinemia, high lactate, acidosis,
thrombocytopenia.
-Lab finding of low WBC and low lymphocyte count, high liver
enzyme, muscle enzyme, LDH, and CRP, etc.
-Critically ill with COVID-19 include D-dimer value high associated
with high amylase and coagulation disorder.
-Treatment option includes no vaccination
-Oxygen therapy helps to reduce the breathing difficulty in case of
severe pneumonia.
-Incase of severe respiratory failure mechanical ventilator with
hemodynamic support help to manage septic shock symptoms.
-Monitor the patient for respiratory illness and vital signs.
-Have the other lab tests immediately to avoid sepsis
-Make special precautions with personal protective equipment.
-Administer medications as per doctors' instruction, because
multidisciplinary teamwork involved in this case.
