Answer: Being healthy is a right of person. The government has responsibility to provide better healthcare facilities to its citizens. Providing healthcare for all is the government responsibility because it will eliminate the risk of health disparities. It will improve the health of people. The quality of living life would be better if government takes responsibility of all to provide better healthcare. The universal health care has been found to be better for those people who are unable to have proper treatment or avail better facilities.
