write like 2 paragraph of what you think of this .

Let me start out be saying that I don't know why people are and have been opposed to the Affordable Health Care Act or more preferably Obamacare. Starting with Medicaid expansion, which was funded 100% by the government in 2014, 2015, and 2016, why would any state elect to optout of Medicaid expansion and leave a portion of their state's population uninsured? Pretty insensitive to the needs of ordinary citizens of their state when they don't want to see them benefit from a full and healthy life. Pretty misguided as well, because not only can these people not afford health insurance but they will wind up at the emergency room or worse yet, go untreated, when they become sick and the cost will be passed on to somebody. Which brings me to the individual mandate. The whole purpose for the mandate was to shut everybody up who complained about having to pay for uninsured individuals. The mandate provided a fix to that issue by requiring people who where uninsured to pay for their healthcare through this penalty. We are all required to pay a penalty if we don't have liability insurance on our car and nobody gets jacked up about that. The premise of insurance is the same no matter what type of insurance it is...everybody shares in the cost. That's how it works! Why should medical insurance be any different? There are certain things that you have to do to be a responsible human being and even though we don't like it, paying auto, homeowners, and medical insurance is part of that responsibility. You might not need insurance because you're rich. Good for you!! As for the subsidies, most people could not afford insurance without them. Thank you, Supreme Court , for these healthcare subsidies!!

Answer #1

Health is a state of complete wellbeing not merely in absence of disease or infirmity. Every individual has the right for good health in spite of his caste, creed or economic status. Each individuals health contributes to nations development. Hence when the individual is not in a position to pay his insurance or seek the medical advice in order to enhance his health, prevent disease, treat or cure them and rehabilitate the individual would go for life long disability.

To prevent these situation and to provide health for all the government have taken the initiation in promoting the health insurance coverage to all the fixed amount when it is been used as a penalty for their house loan or car loan which can be used for the population to cover their insurance by this the health needs can be affordable by the people
