1.Health of the people on whole is one of the responsibility of individual.They should be active with good lifestyle practices to stay free of illness The cost of healthcare services entirely depends on what the government accepts and set ups.It can be affordable for some and non affordable for many due to low socioeconomic status, accessibility, lack of knowledge and awareness, etc.,This can automatically increase the mortality and morbidity rate.In order to prevent this government has a responsibility to to provide healthcare for all.
