Do all of the above causes heart failure or is associated with
heart failure? collectively or individually(each) give a brief
explanation of how to do correlate to CHF.. if any do not
correlate, say n/a beside
Essential primary hypertension is having a chance to cause heart failure. It refers to the condition caused by the increased blood pressure. Heart failure is a condition where the heart is enable to pump the blood into the parts of body. The narrowing and blocking of blood vessel or working under pressure can increase the risk of heart failure.
Heart failure is highly prelavent in those who have chronic kidney disease stage 3 and the mortality in those patients are higher. When blood pressure is low the kidney release renin to stimulate different hormones that increase blood pressure. Now the damaged kidney may release too much renin which can lead to high blood pressure, which is the risk for cardiac failure.
Unspecified hypothyroidism can contribute to heart failure. Hypothyroidism result in decreased cardiac output, decreased arterial compliance, atherosclerosis, impairment in cardiac muscle relaxation and oher heart related issues which all finally contribute to cardiac failure.
Hemiplegia, hemiparesis following cerebral infractions can be related to the cardiac issues and decreases the chances of survival in those. The condition is the restriction of oxygen supply which is directly related to thrombus, embolus and atheromatous stenosis of one or more arteries.
