Compare and contrast the care of a client with hyperthyroidism (Grave’s disease). Ember is an 11-year-old girl who recently developed restlessness and tremors after a viral illness. Anna is a 31-year-old woman who reports weight loss, restlessness, and increased perspiration. Karen is a 67-year-old woman with recent visual changes, new-onset atrial fibrillation, and weakness. Please include assessments (including diagnostic testing), care measures (including medications), and teaching needed for each client.

Step1:- Hyperthyroidism is a condition which is occurs when the thyroid hormone increased in the body .

It affects the whole parts of the body .it's causes the normal functioning of the body

It affects on behaviour , emotion and physical health of the client.

Step2:- care for the hyperthyroidism client:-

For the hyperthyroidism client we can cure it by doing surgery it's called thyroidectomy and giving antithyroid medication which is radioactive iiodine.

Home care for hyperthyroidism client should avoid more salty food , avoid stress,avoid caffeine.

Step3:- With this hyperthyroidism if the client haveGrave's disease the client should not smoke .

Because smoking can lead the development of Grave's opthalmopathy which is dangerous for the eyes .

Step4:- patient education :-

A) should not smoke in the daily life

B) avoid alcohol and caffeine

C)Avoid stress in the daily life style

D)Eat healthy food

,E)Avoid too much iodine rich food

F)Do daily exercise
