If the client receives these infusion for 10 hour, he would be infused with 500 ml.

In the given solution 5 % of glucose is present within the fluids.
So the value of 5 % in 500 ml solution would be

5 / 100 x 500 = 25

So therefore the client will receive 25 ml of glucose if he / she receive the infusion for the period of 10 hour.
