The first dose is given at 6 PM on 10/26/17. What dose will the nurse administer to the

patient at 12 PM on 10/29/17?

As per the Doctors advise Librium a sedative and hypnotic medication which is also used to treat withdrawal symptoms from alcohol should be administered to the patient every 8 hours. That generally means three times a day Morning, Afternoon and Beforebed/Evening.

In this case as per the priscription a 15 mg of Librium should be administered on the fourth day of course.

Hence the dosage for 10/29/17 at 12 pm is 15 mg.
