1. The relevance of this information is that systemic lupus erthematosus is an autoimmune disorder which is occurs almost 90% in women and starts in child bearing age.caucasians are however less likely to get the disease .her history ,age ,duration of illness and gender however confirm the risk of SLE.

2.there is a chance for lupus to be inherited so it is relevant to take the family history and also screen the members of close family for other autoimmune disorders .this explains the disease of her sister and aunt aswell her mother.

3. Her body mass index is 17 which shows she is underweight.
