1)to prevent another heart attack we should do regular exercise and combination of healthy food habits. Should go for regular mediacl check ups even if we are healthy. Attack can also be happened due to another vascular causes like stenosis also.
2) having monosaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids instead of saturated fats improves blood cholesterol level,which can decrease your risk of heart disease and may also help decrease the risk of type 2 diabetes.But always try to maintain a balanced diet accordingly.

LDL - low density lipoproteins, it consists more cholesterol than triglycerides and protiens.less lipid and more protein than VLDL and density is greater.it helps in carrying cholesterol to cells .increase in LDL results in increased risk of cardiovascular disorders.it is other wise known as bad cholesterol.it shouks be less than 100-129 mg/do for healthy people.130-159 mg/dl is borderline high and 160-189mg/DL is high.
