1. In case of bathing there should be the availability of shawer to help her instid of mug and bucket

2- in case of dressing she may use a complete goun that help her not to put different cloth on body and easy to dress and undress

3- in case of transferring and toileting ....family may use western toilet that help her to avoid the complete shitting that occur in normal toilets

For diabetes

1- regular monitoring of the sugar level of the patient

2- take dawn HbA1c below 6.5 aur 7
